Legal and Risk Notice

This documentation is provided for general informational purposes. It is not investment, legal, tax, accounting or other professional advice, and it is not an offer or solicitation to buy, sell or hold any asset.

Raphael Exchange is an independent protocol. It is not Robinhood, and it is not operated or endorsed by Robinhood. References to Robinhood Chain identify the blockchain network. References to upstream protocols describe technical lineage only; Raphael is not those protocols, and they are not Raphael.

No warranties

Information may be incomplete, outdated or incorrect. Interfaces, RPC providers, indexers, price feeds and third-party links can fail or display stale data. Onchain contracts and verified transaction details should be independently checked before use.

No outcome, return, APR, token price, liquidity level, reward or transaction result is guaranteed.

Assumption of risk

By interacting with blockchain systems, users accept risks that can include:

  • total loss of assets;
  • smart-contract vulnerabilities;
  • malicious or defective tokens;
  • market volatility and insufficient liquidity;
  • impermanent loss;
  • bridge, oracle, RPC and sequencer failures;
  • transaction reordering and MEV;
  • key theft, phishing and unsafe approvals;
  • governance and administrative actions;
  • regulatory or tax consequences.

Transactions are generally irreversible. Users are solely responsible for wallet security, network selection, contract verification, approvals, slippage settings and signed transactions.

Third-party content

Links, tokens, pools, wallets, bridges, strategies and other third-party services are not endorsed merely because they appear in an interface or documentation. Review their own terms, permissions and risks.

This notice is not a substitute for project-specific terms of use and privacy documentation prepared for the actual operating entities and jurisdictions. Any formal Raphael terms should identify the responsible entity, governing law, eligibility restrictions, dispute process and privacy practices, and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before publication.
